★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stato ieri, vasto assortimento di prodotti per animali domestici, prezzi eccessivi, la commessa non mi è piaciuta per nulla secondo me non è adatta a svolgere questo lavoro, praticamente il mio cagnolino ha fatto un goccio di pipi e questa a mio parere non è stata molto cortese, lo sconsiglio. Nonostante ci ho lasciato ben 60€per 4 cazzate.
I was there yesterday, vast assortment of products for pets, excessive prices, I didn't like the job at all in my opinion it is not suitable for this job, practically my dog made a drop of pee and this in my opinion is not was very courteous, I do not recommend it. Despite I left us well € 60 for 4 bullshit.

Ma, une delle ragioni più importanti ancora; perché attraverso dei diversi punti di vendita a cui sono andato, sono SEMPRE, stato accolto in maniera gentile e con grande disposizione. Le persone che lavorano lì, hanno un grande spirito di gentilezza, empatia e onestà.
Vorrei lasciare questo commento perché nel confronto di un altra marca di negozio MZoo, triste, personale poco gentile nel confronto di una persona straniera come me. Penso che Arcaplanet rappresenta al mille percento il concetto di igualita con una visione di professionalità molto molto superiore. Ringrazio in speciale al personale di Arcaplanet via Triumplina, Volta e Valtrompia.
I choose arcaplanet a thousand times because I find what I need for my dog. But, one of the most important reasons still; because through the various points of sale to which I went, I ALWAYS was welcomed in a kind way and with great disposition. The people who work there have a great spirit of kindness, empathy and honesty.
I would like to leave this comment because in comparison to another brand of MZoo store, sad, unkind staff in comparison to a foreign person like me. I think that Arcaplanet represents a thousand percent the concept of equality with a very much superior vision of professionalism. Special thanks to the staff of Arcaplanet via Triumplina, Volta and Valtrompia.
