★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?? Bellissimo negozio dove si trova davvero tutto per i nostri amici animali : cani, gatti, conigli, pesci, uccelli, ecc. Io che abito in Francia lo trovo molto meno caro che negozi come "Jardiland" a Nizza, più caro e con meno scelta. Il centro è oltretutto meno affollato di Nizza e il personale è più disponibile e professionale.

Très beau magasin où on trouve vraiment tout pour nos amis animaux : chiens, chats, lapins, poissons, oiseaux, etc. Moi qui habite en France je le trouve bien moins cher que des magasins comme "Jardiland" à Nice, plus cher et avec moins de choix. Le magasin est en plus, moins surpeuplé qu'à Nice et le personnel est plus disponible et professionnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di solito il personale è gentile e disponibile. Ieri mattina, 9/10/21, era presente una signora che non avevo mai visto prima, una responsabile? Chiedeva a tutti i clienti se avevano bisogno, dimostrandosi davvero disponibile....ho chiesto una lettiera economica. Mi ha mostrato una lettiera scontata del 30% e la signora mi ha detto che era un affare perché aveva solo il coperchio rotto. Per me era perfetto. Peccato che arrivata a casa, mi sono accorta che non era rotto solo il coperchio , ma anche il fondo della lettiera....impossibile da utilizzare. Colpa mia, avrei dovuto controllare meglio, ma non penso che la signora sia stata corretta. Mi sono fidata...
The staff are usually friendly and helpful. Yesterday morning, 9/10/21, was there a lady I had never seen before, a manager? He asked all customers if they needed, proving to be really helpful .... I asked for a cheap litter box. He showed me a 30% off litter box and the lady told me it was a bargain as it only had the lid broken. For me it was perfect. Too bad that when I got home, I realized that not only the lid was broken, but also the bottom of the litter box .... impossible to use. My fault, I should have checked better, but I don't think the lady was correct. I trusted ...
