Per vendere la roba sono gentilissimi dopo 3 giorni muore la piante e la colpa e nostra e facciamo tutto sbagliato ma magari se loro hanno venduta la pianta marcia non si può pensare

Absolutely don't waste your money in that shop
To sell the stuff they are very kind after 3 days the plants die and the fault is ours and we do everything wrong but maybe if they have sold the rotten plant you can not think

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno procurato una bruttissima infezione al mio cane! Probabile causa la poca pulizia del luogo e degli strumenti utilizzati. Mi è costato più di mille Euro per curarlo e un mese e mezzo di sofferenza del mio cane! Ovviamente mai più!! Non lo consiglio!!
They gave my dog a very bad infection! Probably causes the poor cleaning of the place and the tools used. It cost me more than a thousand euros to cure it and a month and a half of suffering for my dog! Obviously never again !! I don't recommend it !!

A distanza di quasi un anno mi preme integrare la mia precedente recensione. Ho contattato il responsabile del negozio per usufruire della garanzia poiché le luci del mio acquario Amtra hanno manifestato un malfunzionamento. Alla mia mail ha risposto Matteo, il responsabile del negozio, dopo pochissimi minuti, individuando subito (sulla base delle informazioni che gli ho fornito) la natura del problema e disponendo per la mattina stessa l'invio del ricambio (arrivato oggi dopo pochissimi giorni). RIbadisco pertanto i miei complimenti più sinceri per la celerità, la cortesia e la professionalità dimostrate.
I am highly satisfied and recommend this shop. The prices are absolutely competitive and the professionalism and kindness of the staff are more unique than rare. You can see immediately when you work with passion, and these guys with passion have a lot to sell! Well done!

Almost a year later, I am eager to integrate my previous review. I contacted the store manager to claim the warranty as my Amtra aquarium lights malfunctioned. Matteo, the store manager, replied to my email after a few minutes, immediately identifying (based on the information I provided him) the nature of the problem and arranging for the replacement for the same morning (arrived today after a few days) . I therefore reject my most sincere compliments for the speed, courtesy and professionalism shown.
