★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a super expensive leash there about 7 weeks ago but it was terrible, it was a retractable that always got tangled and twisted so that it didn’t retract as it should. I didn’t have my receipt anymore but they were great to give me credit and let me exchange it for a different one. I so appreciate this great customer service and am now a bigger fan of them than ever!
