Quest’oggi io e mia moglie abbiamo portato un cuscino per cani preso 10 giorni fa che si è’ subito danneggiato provando a chiedere se fosse possibile cambiarlo con uno nuovo. Il venditore gentilmente ci aveva concesso il cambio dopo un confronto con la responsabile e noi felici abbiamo anche effettuato una spesa in negozio. Una volta alla cassa il venditore e’ stato contattato dall’area manager che gestisce il negozio, il quale ha negato il cambio del prodotto in quanto non avevamo la prova d’acquisto (non avevamo lo scontrino ma avevamo quello del pagamento effettuato con il Bancomat) e pertanto seppur all’uscita e scusandosi ci ha trattenuto il cuscino chiedendoci i dati per avere uno sconto in futuro. Ho trovato il venditore davvero attento nel trovare una soluzione per due clienti fidelizzati come noi ma purtroppo è’ stato offuscato dal comportamento dell’area manager, privo di ogni senso di vicinanza ai propri clienti. Detto ciò, una volta usciti, siamo andati diretti da Maxizoo a Treviso, tappa che diverrà fissa per il nostro cane d’ora in poi. Shop supplied, however, not very attentive to customer loyalty. Today my wife and I brought a dog cushion taken 10 days ago which was immediately damaged by trying to ask if it was possible to change it with a new one. The seller had kindly granted us the change after a confrontation with the manager and we were happy we also made a purchase in the store. Once at the checkout, the seller was contacted by the area manager who manages the shop, who denied the exchange of the product as we did not have proof of purchase (we did not have a receipt but we had that of the payment made with the ATM ) and therefore, even at the exit and apologizing, he withheld the pillow asking us for the data to have a discount in the future. I found the seller really careful in finding a solution for two loyal customers like us but unfortunately he was clouded by the behavior of the area manager, devoid of any sense of closeness to his customers. Having said that, once we left, we went straight from Maxizoo to Treviso, a stage that will become fixed for our dog from now on.

Un mucchio di arie,dall'alto della loro laurea in "pelodigattologia"(specialmente l'area manager !), gente maleducata che non si degna neppure di comunicarti l'esito di un colloquio di lavoro! Così perdono candidato e fedele cliente da anni! They are worth it! Una sola pecca: una serie di alimenti assolutamente necessari (il mio gatto ha il diabete) vengono venduti solo in confezioni da 10. Questo mi costringe a cercare altri negozi di altre catene dove il prodotto è venduto in confezione singola evitandomi (accade purtroppo, non puoi obbligare un gatto a mangiare qualcosa che non gli piace) di tenermi in casa una scatola intera di prodotti che non userò mai. Il negozio è completamente accessibile ai disabili in sedia a rotelle The shop is very nice, and with a large selection of pet products.
