Sono felicissima di essere seguita ormai da qualche mese dal nuovo ragazzo che suppongo essere il titolare o capo reparto. Veramente molto attento, premuroso e disponibile.
I returned as a customer after almost a year of absence. I did not like the previous management at all (insistence, listlessness ...)
I am very happy to have been followed for a few months now by the new guy who I suppose is the owner or head of department. Really very attentive, thoughtful and helpful.

Discovered almost by chance ... I wanted to thank the Manager Alex, a really serious, professional, competent and polite person. She assisted me admirably some time ago for my little dog who was having trouble eating
