Ho perso diversi mesi dietro una casa affidata alla loro gestione per ritrovarmi infine in proposta di acquisto il contrario di quello di cui avevamo discusso; anche cose improponibili su cui la spiegazione é stata "scusi questo sarà stato un errore".
Comunque é stata una gran lunga perdita di tempo ed energie ed in tutto il periodo che ho trattato con loro non mi sono mai sentito tranquillo. Se vi posso dare un consiglio, state attenti a ciò che firmate e prendetevi il tempo di guardare per bene
ogni minimo particolare. Buon acquisto.
My experience with this agency is very bad. I lost several months behind a house entrusted to their management to finally find myself in the purchase proposal the opposite of what we had discussed; also unthinkable things on which the explanation was "sorry this will have been a mistake".
However it was a great waste of time and energy and in the whole time I dealt with them I never felt comfortable. If I can give you any advice, be careful what you sign and take the time to look carefully
