Richiesto di intervenire per la riparazione/sostituzione della cerniera di una valigia rigida, acquistata meno di 2 anni fa e ancora in garanzia, mi è stato risposto di rivolgermi ad un calzolaio in quanto il loro servizio di assistenza non è in grado di risolvere il problema. Ricordo che optammo per questo prodotto, più costoso, per ovviare ad eventuali guasti ed essere sicuri di poter ottenere l'assistenza. Grazie, Arancioviola, avete perso un cliente, ed il tam tam farà il resto...
Assistance service non-existent! Asked to intervene for the repair / replacement of the zipper of a rigid suitcase, purchased less than 2 years ago and still under warranty, I was told to contact a shoemaker as their assistance service is unable to solve the problem . I remember that we opted for this product, more expensive, to remedy any breakdowns and be sure of being able to get assistance. Acquistata una cintura meno di una settimana fa, che già si è rotta. Torno per chiedere se fosse normale visto il poco utilizzo e la persona con cui ho parlato mi ha trattata con sufficienza dicendo che tirando si è rovinata e liquidata in pochi secondi. Scusate ma a cosa dovrebbe servire una cintura? Normale che vada tirata! A mio avviso non è normale ricevere meno di zero assistenza su un prodotto acquistato da neanche una settimana.È vero che non costa una follia ma non deve neanche essere usa e getta altrimenti ditelo! E soprattutto trattate in maniera più consona i clienti, che clienti poi non lo sono più! Inutile dire che non ci metterò più piede!
Bad experience.
Purchased a belt less than a week ago, which is already broken. I come back to ask if it was normal given the little use and the person I spoke to treated me with disdain saying that by pulling it was ruined and liquidated in a few seconds. Sorry but what is a belt for? Normal that it should be pulled! In my opinion it is not normal to receive less than zero assistance on a product purchased not even a week ago. And above all, treat your customers in a more appropriate way, which customers are no longer! Needless to say, I won't set foot there again!
