Simone e Gabriele sono stati estremamente disponibili nell'accogliere tutte le richieste, mie in particolar modo più che di mio marito. Questo perché la scelta iniziale ha subìto varie modifiche. Doveva essere funzionale ma soprattutto bellissima e in sintonia con il resto dell'arredamento dal momento che entrando in casa è praticamente lei che ti accoglie. Consiglio vivamente di rivolgersi ai professionisti di Aran per la scelta della cucina. Se tornassi indietro non avrei dubbi e la rifarei esattamente com'è! Grazie mille ancora e scusatemi se la recensione l'ho fatta solo ora Our Aran kitchen was assembled 5 months ago for the new house. Simone and Gabriele were extremely helpful in accepting all requests, especially mine rather than my husband's. This is because the initial choice has undergone various changes. It had to be functional but above all beautiful and in tune with the rest of the furniture since entering the house it is practically she who welcomes you. I tempi di attesa per l’arrivo delle componenti della cucina sono stati rispettati cosi come lo sono stati quelli del montaggio, avvenuto in maniera ordinata e puntuale. Montaggio preciso e pulito. Nonostante un problema con il top, si sono prodigati immediatamente per risolvere al meglio la situazione soddisfacendo pienamente la nostra richiesta. Materiale di qualità con tutti i parametri descritti rispettati. Ampia scelta di materiale e di marche per gli elettrodomestici. Costo più che adeguato per ciò che abbiamo scelto. We purchased the kitchen in November 2021, delivery times as guaranteed, considering the Christmas holidays and delays due to the covid pandemic. Kitchen arrived and assembled two weeks ago. Professionalism, availability, a lot of patience and excellent listening in satisfying all our needs from Michele. Precise and clean assembly. Despite a problem with the top, they did their utmost to solve the situation in the best possible way by fully satisfying our request. Quality material with all described parameters respected. Wide choice of materials and brands for household appliances. Cost more than adequate for what we have chosen. We were very happy and highly recommend the Aran store in Lucca in via Pesciatina. Abbiamo trovato persone professionali, simpatiche, disponibili e piene di tanta pazienza...pronti ad esaudire ogni nostro desiderio per arredare la nuova casa. Il risultato finale è stato ancora meglio delle aspettative, sono prodotti di ottima qualità...la nostra cucina dopo 2 anni e mezzo è ancora come il primo giorno.
