Sostituita scheda interna con intervento veloce e per fortuna a domicilio senza perdite di tempo in ritiro merce e riconsegna. Consiglio a chiunque abbia bisogno di qualità nel servizio e tempistiche puntuali.
 Qualified personnel. Received service on a Sony OLED Bravia TV that is one week old. Replaced internal card with quick intervention and fortunately at home without wasting time in goods collection and delivery. I recommend to anyone who needs quality service and punctual timing.

Comunque sono anni che mi servo da voi e sulla parte tecnica niente da dire...lavori ottimi!!

portato in riparazione una tv 43 pollici, 50euro solo per la presa in carico. Avevamo messo un tetto massimo di 100 euro alla riparazione, oltre tale cifra mi avrebbero dovuto contattare e decidere insieme il da farsi, dopo 3 settimane mi arriva una mail " Il suo prodotto in riparazione è disponibile per il ritiro".
Quando vado a ritirare la tv credendo che fosse stata riparata, oltretutto spendendo il giusto visto che nessuno mi aveva contattato mi viene detto che non era riparabile.
Praticamente si sono tenuti i 50 euro, mi hanno fatto perdere una mattinata per andare a ritirare una tv rotta e quando gli ho chiesto se potevano smaltire loro la tv mi hanno detto no.

a 43-inch TV was brought in for repairs, 50 euros just for taking charge. We had put a ceiling of 100 euros on the repair, beyond this amount they would have to contact me and decide together what to do, after 3 weeks I get an email "Your product under repair is available for collection".
When I go to collect the TV believing that it had been repaired, moreover spending the right amount since no one had contacted me, I am told that it was not repairable.
Basically they kept the 50 euros, they made me waste a morning to go and pick up a broken TV and when I asked them if they could dispose of the TV they told me no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are service engineers for Tv's, computers etc. We took our recently purchased Sony TV , which had a problem, to them and they carried out the work under the guarantee from Sony. They sorted out the problem while we waited. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The engineer also spoke English , which was really helpful.
