Il prodotto di pessima qualità e la competenza del personale inqualificabile: nessuna informazione sul prodotto, simo stati invitati a leggere noi le istruzioni in cinese!!! mentre il prodotto è stato presentato come "macchina da caffé macinato" nonostante la scatola avesse il disegno di tutti i tipi di cialde lavazza e la scritta "Capsule". Acquistata al prezzo di 179 euro dall'inizio ha presentato problemi (non riscaldava l'acqua, la vibrazione del motore faceva letteralemnte cadere la tazza dal proprio appoggio e non usciva in alcun modo il caffè. L'abbiamo riportata al venditore gli abbiamo esposto tutti i problemi rilevati e dopo due settimane, oggi, l'abbiamo ritirata. Il gentile venditore ha detto di non averla mai riprovata concludendo con "Speriamo!". Risultato: la macchina fa il caffé molto acquoso, il rumore del motore è uguale a prima e il problema della fortissima vibrazione tanto da rovesciare la tazza se non tenuta in mano credo non sia nemmeno stato preso in cosiderazione. Conclusione: se desiderate acquistare una macchina da caffé andate altrove a meno che non vogliate farvi tre viaggi inutili in un negozio in cui su questo tipo di prodotti sono del tutto impreparati. Inutili altre rese... visto che il venditore non ha la minima preoccupazione per la qualità di ciò che vende in questo settore. Cordiali saluti! Good morning!
