Oggi primo corso in piscina con i bambini quindi pienone, una persona alla reception che doveva dare informazioni, controllare green pass, far passare gli iscritti, prendere le prenotazioni e fare le iscrizioni.
Acqua della piscina dei bambini alle ore 11: spero che mio figlio non abbia bevuto neanche per sbaglio…. Tra l’altro visivamente troppo piena per il periodo.
Spogliatoi non attrezzati per ricevere dei bambini neonati. Non era presente neanche un cestino della spazzatura per buttare il pannolino, fasciatoi neanche a pagarli, un’aria gelida… alle 11 nello spogliatoio delle donne non ci si poteva neanche girare dal numero di persone presenti, tutte ammassate.
Forse dovreste rivedere gli orari e se fate corsi per bambini così piccoli (facendoli pagare non poco) attrezzarvi per accoglierli al meglio.

Changing rooms not equipped to receive newborn children. There was not even a trash can to throw away the diaper, changing tables not even to pay for them, an icy air ... at 11 in the women's locker room you could not even turn around from the number of people present, all piled up.
Perhaps you should review the timetables and if you take courses for such young children (making them pay a lot) equip yourself to welcome them in the best possible way.
