Esperienza da ripetere! Siamo state benissimo con il mio gruppo di amiche, trascorso una serata top!

Una serata in pieno relax. Mi aspettavo il solito bagno termale dove entri e fai a tua scelta, invece il personale ha fatto di più. Con meno di 30 euro (40 il sabato e domenica), ti coccolano per tre ore con un percorso rilassante e rigenerante. Idromassaggio, bagno turco, scrub, sauna finlandese con vari oli, musica lungo il percorso e aperitivo. Mi è piaciuto molto il finale in acqua con la campana Tibetana che risuona sul corpo. La prenotazione è obbligatoria, per gestire i clienti in gruppi. Serve solo un costume da bagno, il resto lo forniscono loro.

Di positivo c'era solo l acqua salata nella vasca idromassaggio, purtroppo l'acqua era sporca, siamo andati di mattina in apertura e in totale saremo state 6 persone quindi la sabbia sul fondo della vasca e i capelli galleggianti erano chiaramente dei giorni precedenti. Ho richiesto una pedicure con smalto normale, 60€....mi aspettavo chissà quale trattamento data la cifra molto alta invece è stato un trattamento normalissimo tendente al basso dato che mi sono ritrovata con molti tagli data la poca delicatezza nell'utilizzo della spatola e nel taglio delle cuticole. Peccato

Temperatura dell'acqua semplicemente perfetta, ottimi servizi.

Inammissibile pagare 40€ per una piscina dove per far partire gli idromassaggi (che spesso non si accendono) si deve uscire dall’acqua, dove non puoi farti una tisana perche’ manca l’acqua nel bollitore e dove non puoi farti uno shampoo al termine perché nella doccia c’è solo uno squallido bagnoschiuma L’immagine e’ di un luogo poco curato che a mio parere bene non fa neppure a quella del Grand Hotel al quale appartiene

Un'esperienza diversa dalle altre spa. L'acqua della vasca principale è viene prelevata dal mare, depurata e portata a temperature calde non estreme. I trattamenti inclusi della Night experience prevedo sauna, scrub e bagno turco il tutto seguito da due maestri di sauna molto bravi.

The spa is closed in the wintertime from November 5th 2019, apart for the Holiday Season around Christmas and New Year. They reopen on March 23rd 2020. Last year I went to the Centro Benessere Spa Il Lago Delle Sorgenti in Acqui Terme. What a run down spa that was and they charged a steep 50 euros. I went to Thalassio Medical Spa in October and found it a bliss compared to the one in Acqui Terme. And it's only 25 euros!!! The friendly staff tells you about the place and then you go to the locker room where you have a bathrobe, a big towel and flip flops. The place is sparkling clean and everything is well maintained, peaceful and relaxing. I loved the pool with all the different jets and whirlpool tubs. There is also an area with a steam room, a herbal sauna and a dry Finnish sauna. In the middle of the room, some crushed ice falls from the ceiling into a large vasca to cool down gently. There is also a room with lounge chairs, snacks (dried banana chips, green apples) and hibiscus tea. A few things that should be changed to get a 5*: - No children should be allowed. They run around the pool, jump in the water. It's not an amusement water park! People come to relax, not to have loud kids around. - They should ask people to take off their shoes before entering the locker room because when the floor is wet from people coming back from the pool, other people that come or leave walk in the water with their dirty shoes. - The doors to the steam room and saunas should be frosted and not clear because too much light comes in from outside. The light is perfect in both saunas but too bright in the steam room. The frosted doors would help create a better relaxing light atmosphere. - Stay open in the winter! Apart from that, a big thumb up! Definitely a great place to enjoy on a rainy cold day. Too bad they are closed in the winter, exactly when you want to go to the spa. I wouldn't go in the summer for sure! They could close the hotel and keep the spa open at least. What a shame :-(((
