★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'istituzione universitaria ha sede in uno dei più belli ed originali palazzi genovesi, il palazzo Belimbau di fronte alla chiesa della Nunziata. Splendidi gli affreschi del 17emo secolo con le storie di Cristoforo Colombo (nel salone al piano nobile), ancora ben conservati nonostante i danni della Seconda Guerra Mondiale. Le facciate esterne furono rifatte nel 18emo secolo seguendo gli schemi dello stile neoclassico, dimostrando che Genova fu una delle prime città in Italia ad accogliere il nuovo linguaggio architettonico che sarà tipico di quasi tutto il 19emo secolo
 The university is located in one of the most beautiful and original Genoese palaces, the Belimbau palace in front of the Nunziata church. Splendid 17th century frescoes with the stories of Christopher Columbus (in the hall on the main floor), still well preserved despite the damage of the Second World War. The external facades were redone in the 18th century following the patterns of the neoclassical style, demonstrating that Genoa was one of the first cities in Italy to welcome the new architectural language that will be typical of almost the entire 19th century
