They quickly confirmed that it was a hardware issue and because my phone was still under warranty, ordered me a new replacement phone from the states; it was in my hands five days later. This type of service, combined with top notch products keeps me in the Apple ecosystem. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Yesterday I tried to buy iphone 13 512 GB. I was waiting for 30 minutes to pay. Nobody knows what to do. Nobody wants to help you. Terrible location! Instead of placing apple store in the centre of Venice, where there are lots of people and easy to get there you need to go far away to some shopping centre upstairs, spending 20 minutes to find it there. Bad location! Horrible impression! Terrible service! As a 12 years apple client I’m disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was meh. We were graciously assisted by a lady, bought an iphone and transaction went momentarily well. Then, came the terrible part. We needed assistance in transferring data from my old phone to the newly bought one, (i dont have/use icloud) and data is not transferring. Instead we were the ones being kept transferred from one table to another and another and from one person to another. THEY CAN NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. We waited, seated for a long period of time. Then they came up with the ONLY solution, was to set up an icloud, so we can do it at home. It felt like, IT WAS THEM SAYING, LEAVE.
We asked if they could attach the protective glass we bought at the same time with the phone, and this guy, named SIMO, very chatty for all the wrong reasons, came up with pathetic excuses and said he couldnt do it, hah! Thankfully, Marco (with the up do hair) gladly offered and did it. Well done, Marco.
So we left the store very unsatisfied customers. They should hire customer service oriented, KNOWLEDGEABLE and EFFICIENT people . Not just chatty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a scam! I opened the box of my new iphone and found a phone with a scratched screen! I brought it back after driving one hour, they didn’t even say sorry! Disrespectful staff, they sell you used phone in a new box and don’t even say sorry when the fault is Apple’s! Bravo apple! See photos and check this serial number before buying a phone from this branch.
