Lavorano 2 mesi (forse) l'anno con l'inizio delle scuole e non sono assolutamente in grado di organizzare il loro lavoro con la clientela che gli porta LAVORO! Fila "artistica" fuori dal punto vendita ed alla richiesta di informazioni sul processo di entrata la risposta di una delle ragazze è stata testualmente: "Ma che ne so io, dovete vedervela voi..A noi che ci frega di come vi organizzate!". Complimenti per la professionalità e l'attenzione a chi vi da da mangiare...e se devo pure dipendere da DA VOI per una eventuale prenotazione ed acquisto allora avanti tutta con gli acquisti on-line mentre sono comodamente a casa. Siete ormai agli sgoccioli e fuori mercato. Prossima chiusura in arrivo e non per il Covid-19! Felice di non vedervi mai più. Too bad to waste even a star! They work 2 months (maybe) a year with the beginning of the schools and are absolutely unable to organize their work with the customers who bring them WORK! Peccato però che nel periodo di inizio scuola non hanno in esposizione i libri normali, devi aspettare ottobre oppure prenotare. Kindness and availability struck me even if very small they have everything, I bought both used and new school books. Ho ordinato alcuni libri non presenti al momento, mi hanno inviato mail per avvisarmi l'arrivo progressivo dell'ordine. Tutto ha funzionato molto bene, soprattutto senza stress e caos, file chilometriche assenti. Appreciated above all the seriousness and professionalism that they demonstrated. Mi hanno anticipato testi scolastici per la scuola dell' obbligo prima ancora che gli portassi la cedola libraria, quindi non potrei che dirne più che bene. Molto comodo anche il servizio che avvisa via mail dell'arrivo in negozio dei testi ordinati. Grazie! Great service and courtesy. Ha volumi di nicchia e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile a dare consigli. Although it is a very small bookshop and not far away there is the Feltrinelli, it remains my favorite bookstore for children's books. It has niche volumes and the staff is very kind and willing to give advice.
