β β β β β Appartamento in affitto molto bello. Tutto funzionava e niente di rotto. Al nostro arrivo i locali erano molto puliti.
Very nice apartment for rent. Everything worked and nothing was broken. The premises were very clean upon our arrival.

β β β β β Abbiamo soggiornato in appartamento tipo c6 molto bello, posto al terzo piano e sito in una zona tranquilla vicinissimo al centro. Dotato di tutto il necessario. Al nostro arrivo trovato tutto pulito e perfettamente funzionante.
We stayed in a very nice apartment type c6, located on the third floor and located in a quiet area very close to the center. Equipped with everything you need. Upon our arrival, everything was clean and in perfect working order.

Aber was mir nicht gefallen in der Agentur bekommt man zu wenig Informationen, mann muss alles selber rausfinden. Der Hausmeister musste kommen weil der Safe nicht funktionierte , die Batterien in der Fernbedienung von der Klimaanlage waren leer,und die Bedienungsanleitung fehlte auch. Im Fernseher kann mann keine Deutsche Programme schauen . In einer anderen Wohnung wo bekannte von uns waren die mussten 2 Tage auf den Hausmeister warten um die Klimaanlage zu machen, die hatten gar keine Fernbedienung.
Und was mich am meisten aufgeregt hat wir mussten jeden Tag mit unseren Kindern inklusive StrandgepΓ€ck 1 Kilometer zum Strand laufen .
The apartment was clean.
But what I don't like in the agency is that you don't get enough information, you have to find out everything yourself. The caretaker had to come because the safe didn't work, the batteries in the remote control for the air conditioning were dead, and the operating instructions were missing. You cannot watch German programs on the television. In another apartment where we knew we had to wait 2 days for the caretaker to turn on the air conditioning, they had no remote control.
And what excited me the most, we had to walk 1 kilometer to the beach with our children including beach luggage every day.

β β β β β Il locatario era un amico e non io. Ma devo ammettere che le finiture sono piΓΉ che mai raffinate e di grande qualitΓ . Appartamenti in classe energetica A, molto ben disposti, puliti e con tutti i comfort. Anche il parcheggio coperto Γ¨ un pregio di rara presenza in quella localitΓ , dove la sabbia e il maltempo aggrediscono spesso gli autoveicolo in sosta.
The tenant was a friend and not me. But I must admit that the finishes are more refined and of great quality than ever. Apartments in energy class A, very well arranged, clean and with all comforts. Covered parking is also a rare asset in that locality, where sand and bad weather often attack parked vehicles.
