A	Anna Pedone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unico handicap un po' lontano dal mare, ma il residence offre tutti i comfort che non te ne fa sentire la mancanza (c'è anche un servizio navetta che ti permette di andare e venire dal mare senza perdere l'auto). La tranquillità che si sente, soprattutto per chi viene da città trafficate e caotiche, è impagabile. Gli appartamenti sono nuovi, pulitissimi, freschi, grandi e super accessoriati e soprattutto con aria condizionata. Fuori c'è tanto spazio e i bambini possono andare in giro tranquilli e sicuri. Il posto auto è all'interno della struttura e i proprietari ti mettono a disposizione la chiave del cancello per poter uscire ed entrare a tuo piacimento, senza dover dar conto a nessuno. Ed infine i proprietari sono delle persone fantastiche (la signora Marianna, il marito ed il figlio Gaetano), molto disponibili e per nulla invadenti, ti mettono a tuo agio facendoti sentire a casa, inoltre si mettono disposizione per qualsiasi informazione o necessità. Lo consiglio. The tranquility you feel, especially for those coming from busy and chaotic cities, is priceless. The apartments are new, very clean, fresh, large and super-equipped and above all with air conditioning. There is plenty of space outside and children can walk around quietly and safely. The parking space is inside the structure and the owners provide you with the key to the gate to be able to go out and enter as you please, without having to give an account to anyone. And finally the owners are fantastic people (Mrs. Marianna, her husband and son Gaetano), very helpful and not at all intrusive, they put you at ease making you feel at home, they also make themselves available for any information or need. I advise.
A	Arcangelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un bellissimo posto ,dove trovare pace e serenità, tutto in una semplice villa lontano dal caos cittadino , l'appartamento dista a pochi passi dal centro, ci si può fare una bella passeggiata e ci si arriva. la sera ci si può gustare un bellissimo tramonto. E volendo c'è e da la disponibilità di fare un orrosto di carne alla brace...Per il resto che dire ci siamo trovati molto bene. il titolare molto gentile e la madre disponibile a dare indicazioni su tutto, su come muoverci in Moto. il padre poi una bravissima persona, un abbraccio e spero di rivederci presto. Arcangelo e monia a beautiful place, where you can find peace and serenity, all in a simple villa away from the chaos of the city, the apartment is a few steps from the center, you can take a nice walk and get there. in the evening you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. And if you want, there is and the willingness to make a horrendous grilled meat ... Molto comodo e non affatto scontato il parcheggio custodito all interno della struttura. Il punto forte però è sicuramente il proprietario Gaetano e la sua gentilissima famiglia che è sempre pronto ad aiutare e indicare dei posti dove andare. Veramente molto bello e consiglio assolutamente questo posto. We spent a beautiful holiday here. The really spacious and well furnished apartment was very clean upon arrival. The guarded parking inside the structure is very convenient and not at all obvious. The strong point, however, is certainly the owner Gaetano and his very kind family who are always ready to help and indicate places to go. Really very nice and I absolutely recommend this place.

Pulizia eccellente,vicinissimo al mare e al centro di Tropea,gentilezza di una famiglia che riesce subito a farti sentire a casa. Obbligatorio ritornare !!!! I only stayed one night in the apartment / penthouse of this villa. Too little to be able to enjoy all that this place has in store. Excellent cleanliness, very close to the sea and the center of Tropea, kindness of a family who can immediately make you feel at home. Mandatory to return !!!!

Gentili e premurosi i proprietari, la casa è gradevole e pulita, auspicabile un'ammodernamento del bagno con doccia davvero molto piccola. Parcheggio interno estremamente comodo e sicuro Excellent location not far from the Borgo but out of the chaos. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Kind and caring owners, the house is pleasant and clean, a modernization of the bathroom with a very small shower is desirable. Extremely convenient and safe internal parking

Ogni appartamento ha uno spazio esterno dotato di tavolo e sedie con di fronte un giardino ben curato. Gaetano e la moglie, così come tutta la sua famiglia sono bravissime persone, sempre pronte a consigliare i posti giusti su Tropea e dintorni. Ci ritorneremo! We stayed 4 nights in the apartment of this beautiful property. Each apartment has an outdoor area with table and chairs with a well-kept garden in front of it. Gaetano and his wife, as well as his whole family are very good people, always ready to recommend the right places on Tropea and its surroundings. We will be back!
C	Chiara Mistretta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e i miei amici abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti in questa spaziosa e curatissima struttura, che non si trova al centro di Tropea ma in una zona meno caotica e tranquilla. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di un balcone con un bellissimo panorama vista mare, specialmente al tramonto. La pulizia degli appartamenti era impeccabile, abbiamo trovato tutto pulito ed ordinato. La struttura offre un grande giardino curato nei minimi dettagli, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. C'è stata messa a disposizione la griglia per arrostire. Molto importante, inoltre, è la possibilità di posteggiare le auto all'interno del giardino (riparate da una tettoia). La gestione dei vari appartamenti è familiare Giuseppe, Marianna, Nunzia, Gaetano e Sonia si sono mostrati pazienti, cordiali e disponibili per qualsiasi nostra richiesta o informazione. Ci hanno saputo indicare bellissime spiagge in cui andare per evitare la confusione di Tropea nel periodo di Ferragosto. Siamo rimasti molto contenti e ben accolti. Vivamente consigliato. My friends and I stayed 5 nights in this spacious and well-kept structure, which is not located in the center of Tropea but in a less chaotic and quiet area. The apartments have a balcony with a beautiful sea view, especially at sunset. The cleaning of the apartments was impeccable, we found everything clean and tidy. The property offers a large garden with attention to the smallest details, making your stay even more pleasant. The grill has been made available for roasting. Also very important is the possibility of parking cars inside the garden (sheltered by a canopy). The management of the various apartments is familiar. Giuseppe, Marianna, Nunzia, Gaetano and Sonia have shown themselves to be patient, friendly and available for any of our requests or information. They were able to indicate beautiful beaches to go to to avoid the confusion of Tropea in the period of August. We were very happy and welcomed. Highly recommended.

We spent 2 weeks in August in the top floor studio appartment, recently renovated to very high standards, withs it’s own terrasse and breath taking view of the coast. Whenever we came and went, we were greeted with a smile, a kind word, a suggestion of things to do. Thank you to the whole family for your heart-warming hospitality.
