Allerdings mussten wir, als wir angereist sind und vor den Appartements standen, erst jemanden anrufen, um dann zu erfahren, dass wir den Schlüssel für die Wohnung im Nebenort abholen müssten. Dennoch gebe ich vier Sterne, da die Wohnungen sehr geräumig und auch sauber sind. Der Pool ist schön, es gibt auch einen Fitnessraum, Auswahl an den Geräten ist nicht groß, aber ok. Die Appartements liegen etwas erhöht, man sieht den See und kann zu Fuß in das schöne Zentrum laufen. Bardolino ist mit dem Auto sehr schnell zu erreichen. Nice apartments! However, when we arrived and were in front of the apartments, we had to call somebody first to find out that we had to pick up the key for the apartment in the neighboring village. Nevertheless, I give four stars, because the apartments are very spacious and clean. The pool is nice, there is also a gym, choice of appliances is not great, but ok. The apartments are a bit raised, you can see the lake and walk to the beautiful center. Bardolino is very easy to reach by car.

Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, in ruhiger Lage und doch ist der Gardasee gut zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 400m abwärts). Wir hatten zu 6. ein großes Appartement mit 2 Bädern, einer großen Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Klimaanlage und ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten. Es gab einen Brötchenservice mit ausgezeichnetem Brot. Die Waschküche mit 2 Miele-Waschmaschinen (gratis) haben wir genutzt um unsere Handtücher zu waschen. Pro Appartement steht 1 Tiefgaragenplatz zur Verfügung, vor der Anlage sind noch etwa 5 Parkplätze reserviert. Empfehlenswert ist die Mitnahme von WC—Papier, Müllbeuteln, Geschirrtrockentüchern, Spülmaschinenmittel...Das reicht nicht... Der einzige Nachteil war, dass unser Appartement Nachmittagssonne hatte (es war extrem heiß) und es keine Beschattung gibt, weder eine Markise noch Sonnenschirme, auch nicht am Pool. Die Anlage ist sehr Kinderfreundlich und jedes Appartement hat direkten Zugang zum Pool. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. (Aufenthalt: 4.-14.7., 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder: 10 und 6 Jahre alt) We have just been there 10 days. We liked it very much. The facility is very clean, in a quiet location and yet Lake Garda is easily accessible on foot (approx. 400m downhill). Six of us had a large apartment with 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with dishwasher, air conditioning and plenty of sleeping space. There was a bread delivery service with excellent bread. We used the laundry room with 2 Miele washing machines (free) to wash our towels. 1 underground parking space is available per apartment, around 5 parking spaces are reserved in front of the complex. We recommend that you bring toilet paper, garbage bags, tea towels, dishwasher detergent ... that's not enough ... The only downside was that our apartment had afternoon sun (it was extremely hot) and there was no shade, neither an awning nor parasols, not even at the pool. The complex is very child-friendly and each apartment has direct access to the pool. Overall, we felt very comfortable. (Stay: July 4th-14th, 4 adults, 2 children: 10 and 6 years old)
P	Prag Mathes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren gerade 14 Tage vor Ort. Die Anlage ist für Familien mit Kindern empfehlenswert. Leider passt das PREIS- und LEISTUNGSVERHÄLTNIS nicht. Ich hätte insbesondere mit der Sauberkeit ein Problem. In den Apartments. Türzargen und Einbaumöbel sind aufgequollen und es ist ein bisschen kniesig. Weiterhin ist es erwähnenswert, dass die Betten nur maximal 190 cm lang sind. Geht gar nicht. We were just 14 days on site. The facility is recommended for families with children. Unfortunately, the PRICE and PERFORMANCE RATIO does not fit. I would have a problem especially with the cleanliness. In the apartments. Door frames and built-in furniture are swollen and it is a bit gnarly. Furthermore, it is worth noting that the beds are only a maximum of 190 cm long. Does not work.

Very nice, well-kept complex. Quiet location, a few minutes' walk from the center of Garda. Recommended for families with small children.
M	Maximilian Stangl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei Ankunft im Apartment mussten wir feststellen, dass im Schrank in einem der Zimmer eine tote Kakerlake lag. Grundsätzlich habe ich damit kein Problem, aber uns dann damit abzuspeisen, dass die erst einen Tag nach Reinigung ins Apartment gelangt sei finde ich einfach nur frech. Entweder das Apartment wurde mehrere Tage/Wochen nicht gereinigt oder nicht sorgfälltig gereinigt. Zum anderen wurde im Angebot ein Willkommensgeschenk sowie ein kleiner Segelturn angepriesen. Das Willkommensgeschenk gab es dann nach zweimaliger Anfrage, den Segelturn gar nicht. Wenn eine Leistung nicht erbracht werden kann, darf sie auch nicht angeboten werden bzw. muss anderweitig abgegolten werden oder erstattet werden. Nach Konfrontation der Rezeption ist weder in Sachen Kakerlake eine Reinigung erfolgt noch haben wir in irgendeiner Art und Weise eine Erstatttung bekommen. Ansonsten ist das Apartment ruhig gelegen und die Einheiten sind großzügig gestaltet. Parken, shoppen, Essen gehen und sonstige Aktivitäten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Küche ist etwas mau ausgestattet. Wer auf richtige Bettwäsche steht, sollte auch hier selbst vorsorgen. When we arrived at the apartment, we found that there was a dead cockroach in the closet in one of the rooms. Basically, I don't have a problem with that, but I just think it's cheeky to fob us off with the fact that it only got into the apartment one day after cleaning. Either the apartment was not cleaned for several days / weeks or it was not cleaned carefully. On the other hand, a welcome gift and a small sailing tour were advertised in the offer. The welcome present was then given after two inquiries, the sailing turn not at all. If a service cannot be provided, it may not be offered or has to be compensated for or reimbursed in some other way. After confronting the front desk, there was no cleaning for the cockroach, nor did we get a refund in any way. Otherwise, the apartment is quiet and the units are spacious. Parking, shopping, eating out and other activities are in the immediate vicinity. The kitchen is a bit poorly equipped. If you like the right bed linen, you should also take care of this yourself.

Die Anlage war gepflegt und sauber aber nicht perfekt. Für den Preis habe ich ein wenig mehr erwartet. Nice apartment complex with pool and small fitness room. Unfortunately there is no local contact person. The emergency hotline was not easy to reach. The complex was well maintained and clean but not perfect. For the price, I was expecting a little more.
M	Manuela Dixon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Bilder der Ferienwohnung täuschen. Die Wohnung ist deutlich kleiner und die Ausstattung nicht sehr hochwertig sondern absolut „Basic“! Es gibt keine nette Dekoration oder sonstige Ausstattungen um es sich gemütlich zu machen, es ist absolut nur das notwendigste vorhanden, daher etwas lieblos und nüchtern. Die Rezeption ist 2km entfernt bei einer anderen Ferienanlage und war telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Der Pool war eiskalt und konnte so nicht genutzt werden. Das bisschen Rasen vor den Terrassen war ungepflegt und teilweise braun vertrocknet. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber und das einzig wirklich positive war die Entfernung zum Ort Garda und zum See - knapp 10Minuten zu Fuß. Parkplatz in der Garage ist ok wenn man ein kleines Auto hat ansonsten gab es noch ein paar wenige Parkplätze vor der Anlage. Man hat keine Aussicht von der Anlage zum See, wenn dann evt. von der oberen Etage sehr eingeschränkt. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen, da wir schon deutlich bessere Unterkünfte hatten. The pictures of the apartment are deceptive. The apartment is significantly smaller and the equipment is not very high quality but absolutely "basic"! There is no nice decoration or other equipment to make yourself comfortable, there is absolutely only the bare minimum available, so it's a bit unloving and sober. The reception is 2km away at another resort and could not be reached by phone. The pool was freezing and couldn't be used. The bit of lawn in front of the terraces was unkempt and partly dried up brown. Otherwise the apartment was clean and the only really positive thing was the distance to the town of Garda and the lake - just under 10 minutes on foot. Parking in the garage is ok if you have a small car, otherwise there were a few parking spaces in front of the complex. You have no view from the complex to the lake, if you do then it may be very limited from the upper floor. We would not come back as we have had much better accommodations.
