Ovviamente questo causa l'insorgenza di problemi come spossatezza, nausea, mal di testa e vertigini.
Tutto questo per non accendere il sistema di aerazione (che è presente).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra vicina al lago con tante possibilità diverse di allenamento. La sala macchine e pesi è molto attrezzata, il personale simpatici, gentili e sempre molto disponibili. Anche tanti corsi per chi vuole faticare in compagnia. Parcheggio esterno spazioso e comodo. Insomma io mi ci trovo molto bene.
Gym near the lake with many different training possibilities. The machine and weight room is very well equipped, the staff are nice, kind and always very helpful. Also many courses for those who want to work hard in company. Spacious and convenient outdoor parking. In short, I am very happy with it.

Die Geräte sind zwar etwas heruntergekommen und abgenutzt aber es lässt sich dennoch gut daran trainieren. 2 Türme, 1 Rack und Kurzhanteln bis 40 kg sind vorhanden. Outdoor Bereich gibt es auch mit einem multifunktionalem Turm und Boxsack. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Die Tageskarte liegt bei 12 €.
Nice gym with good selection of equipment. Although the devices are a bit run down and worn, but it can still train well. 2 towers, 1 rack and dumbbells up to 40 kg are available.
