★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo tranquillo con un bel giardino dove ci si può rilassare sorseggiando un buon bicchiere di vino locale. Pochi minuti dal centro di Civita Castellana e un bellissimo mercato, a pochi passi, che si tiene il sabato. Appartamento pulito ma manca quell'attenzione ai particolari per fare la differenza: "una bella ragnatela all'ingresso; mensola al fianco del letto dove non vi si può appoggiare nulla perché cade immediatamente; forno lasciato da ospiti precedenti in modo vergognoso, battiscopa nel bagno fissato con chiodi che fuoriescono e ci si potrebbe far del male; frigo spento al ns arrivo e non è indicato sul sito booking che si può effettuare il pagamento solo in contanti in quanto compare solo la dicitura -il pagamento è gestito direttamente dalla struttura-". Luogo che consiglierei agli amici ma consiglierei a chi lo gestisce una piccola attenzione in più.
Quiet place with a beautiful garden where you can relax while sipping a good glass of local wine. A few minutes from the center of Civita Castellana and a beautiful market, just a few steps away, held on Saturdays. Clean apartment but that attention to details is missing to make the difference: "a beautiful spider web at the entrance; shelf at the side of the bed where nothing can be placed because it falls immediately; oven left by previous guests so shameful, baseboard in the bathroom fixed with nails coming out and you could hurt yourself, fridge turned off at our arrival and it is not indicated on the booking site that you can pay only in cash as only the wording appears - the payment is managed directly by the structure- " . Place that I would recommend to friends but I would recommend to those who manage it a little more attention.
