Везде очень чисто, ухоженная территория. Нам всё понравилось. При возможности обязательно вернёмся . A wonderful, peaceful place to spend a weekend. Vineyards, a charming town nearby, hospitable hosts. Everywhere is very clean, well-groomed area. We liked everything. If possible, we will definitely come back.

Ci si immerge subito in atmosfere suggestive di una location prestigiosa che coniuga eleganza, charme e comfort in maniera ottimale in ogni ambiente. Incantevole la posizione, immersa nel verde delle colline con un parco che tra piante secolari e terrazze somiglia ad un paradiso terrestre, dal quale si può ammirare uno splendido panorama e godere del fresco nelle serate dell’estate sabina. Tutto lo staff è esemplare, si è dimostrato professionale, attento, molto gentile e discreto. Le camere pulite ed accoglienti, con una vista sublime. Vale davvero la pena trascorrervi un romantico weekend (come ho fatto io) o un soggiorno più lungo, vista anche l’offerta ed il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sicuramente da consigliare per chi ama il relax e la tranquillità di luoghi incontaminati, senza rinunciare all’eleganza, la cura del particolare e un’atmosfera unica che fa la differenza. You immediately immerse yourself in the suggestive atmosphere of a prestigious location that combines elegance, charm and comfort in an optimal way in any environment. The location is enchanting, immersed in the green hills with a park that resembles an earthly paradise between centuries-old plants and terraces, from which you can admire a splendid panorama and enjoy the coolness in the Sabine summer evenings. All the staff are exemplary, professional, attentive, very polite and discreet. The clean and comfortable rooms, with a sublime view. It is really worth spending a romantic weekend there (as I did) or a longer stay, also considering the offer and the quality / price ratio. Definitely recommended for those who love relaxation and tranquility in unspoiled places, without sacrificing elegance, attention to detail and a unique atmosphere that makes the difference. Sublime judgment.

Infatti abbiamo trovato gli ambienti e i servizi poco curati. Luci che in alcune camere si accendono ad intermittenza.No letti matrimoniali ma due singoli uniti che la bimba che dorme con noi stava cascando, reti 'd'epoca'.Uno dei bagni con scarico ingorgato, wifi solo al piano terra non potendone usufruire nelle camere dove tra l'altro non va nemmeno la connessione dati del telefono. No aria condizionata né riscaldamento ma presenza di ventilatori e stufe 'd'epoca' .Se pensavate di prenotare qualcosa di particolare su just eat, scordatevelo! Solo una pizzeria in paese fa consegna a domicilio. I proprietari ammettono solo pagamento in contanti, no bancomat né carta di credito. Tra l'altro devi pagare all'arrivo e visto che non ci hanno fatto la ricevuta, devo pensar male?!? mmmm... Quando abbiamo fatto presente le nostre perplessità, comunicando di volercene andare via dopo neanche mezz'ora dal nostro arrivo, non ci sono venuti incontro restituendoci la cifra. Ora si staranno godendo i nostri soldi ad Amalfi visto che erano in partenza! Esperienza pessima..ci siamo fatti ingannare sia dalle foto che dalle recensioni positive perciò mi sembrava doveroso fare una recensione realistica per i mal capitati che andranno dopo di noi! With husband and little girl ... we knew we had booked in a period house but there is a clear difference between ancient and old and not very well cared for .. Lights that in some rooms turn on intermittently.No double beds but two singles joined together that the child who sleeps with us was falling down, 'vintage' networks.One of the bathrooms with blocked drain, wifi only on the ground floor not being able to use it in the rooms where, among other things, the data connection of the telephone does not go. No air conditioning or heating but the presence of 'vintage' fans and stoves. If you were thinking of booking something special on just eat, forget it! Only one pizzeria in town does home delivery. The owners only accept cash payments, no debit or credit card. Among other things, you have to pay on arrival and since they didn't give us the receipt, do I have to think badly?!? Mmmm... When we pointed out our concerns, communicating that we wanted to leave after less than half an hour from our arrival, they did not come to meet us and give us back the amount. Now they will be enjoying our money in Amalfi as they were leaving! Bad experience .. we let ourselves be fooled by both the photos and the positive reviews so it seemed only right to do a realistic review for the ill-fated who will go after us!
