Nel giro di tre anni dalla realizzazione della piscina si sono rotti TUTTI i pezzi che si potevano rompere, con un disagio notevole, sia economico che dovuto all'impossibilità di utilizzare il prodotto. Materiale scadentissimo e costi di manutenzione estremamente elevati. È inaccettabile che una piscina dal costo così elevato, che promette materiali e tecnologie all'avanguardia, abbia una qualità indegna anche del più scadente bene di consumo comprato nell'ultimo dei discount. Ho messo una stella solo perché non era possibile metterne zero. La sconsiglio a tutti.
UPDATE: dopo essere stato contattato dalla Biodesign per valutare insieme una possibile risoluzione di parte dei numerosi problemi riscontrati con la loro piscina, ci siamo lasciati con una promessa di ricontatto a stretto giro da parte dell'azienda per mettere in atto alcuni interventi, ricontatto che dopo quasi quattro mesi non è avvenuto, anche dopo mio sollecito scritto.
Terrible. A nightmare. Within three years from the construction of the pool, ALL the pieces that could have been broken have been broken, with considerable inconvenience, both financially and due to the impossibility of using the product. Very poor material and extremely high maintenance costs. It is unacceptable that such a high-cost swimming pool, which promises cutting-edge materials and technologies, has a quality unworthy of even the poorest consumer good bought in the last of the discounters. I only put a star because it was not possible to put zero. I do not recommend it to everyone.
UPDATE: after being contacted by Biodesign to evaluate together a possible resolution of part of the numerous problems encountered with their pool, we left with a promise of contact from the company to put in place some interventions, I recontact that after almost four months it did not happen, even after my written reminder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have found from experience that salt is not essential. In fact it might be better to do without it, as over time it tends to corrode. Instead I installed an industrial strength double-tube UV unit and supplement this by either chlorine tablets (in winter) or dropping in slow-acting chlorine granules on a fairly regular basis in summer.
Every five years or so it might be necessary to drain the pool and retreat the surface with a good resin.
