 They have installed a wooden canopy in my house and I must say that it is really beautiful. Excellent quality wood and they have taken care of the details. In addition, the price to make it all was really affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aggiornamento sulla consegna... lascio a voi i commenti sulle foto di come la merce è arrivata... per non raccontarvi come l'anno scaricata dal camion e consegnata in casa... c'era un solo autista!
Inutile dire che il prodotto è arrivato danneggiato e ancora oggi non so cosa devo fare... sono trascorse oltre 2 settimane... mi dicono di aver chiesto il pezzo in sostituzione ma come dovrei fare a sostituirlo visto che la stufa pesa 137kg?!
Update on delivery ... I leave you the comments on the photos of how the goods arrived ... so as not to tell you how the year unloaded from the truck and delivered to the house ... there was only one driver!
Needless to say, the product arrived damaged and still today I don't know what to do ... more than 2 weeks have passed ... they tell me they asked for the replacement part but how should I replace it since the stove weighs 137kg ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Xodo listed a Bestway swimming pool for sale on Amazon at £1370.20. They are usually £999.99 from Bestway but since they are out of stock everywhere I paid the inflated amount for it, then the next day received an email that my purchase had been cancelled. I searched on Amazon again to find that Xodo had immediately re-listed the swimming pool for £2370.20. I have reported this blatant racketeering to Amazon. Disgusting, greedy behaviour, clearly trying to make way too much profit. I sent XODO a message asking them why they had cancelled my order. Their reply: 'It was an error of price. It wasn't updated'. Bullsh*t!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a bbq waited a month for it to arrive when it did it the base and the shelf were smashed grill parts missing and chips n scratches all over it. Customer service were rubbish tried to fob me off saying it was my fault. The truth was there was no packaging between any of the parts and all of the parts laid on top of the base. Hence why it cracked in half and all the other damage. Amazon have got my money back but iv still been left to pay transport £100 NEVER AGAIN
