Avevo un problema serio alla mia porta blindata dovuto alla incompetenza di chi precedentemente aveva messo mano. Innanzi tutto la professionalita' e disponibilita' durante la fase di progettazione svolta con estrema precisione ascoltando le mie esigenze e scambiando idee a proposito. In secondo luogo dall'ordine al completamento dell'opera compresa l'installazione sono passate appena tre settimane, il che e' cosa rara visti i ritardi biblici in campo edile. Infine il lavoro di montaggio completo e' stato fatto in soli due giorni con precisione, attenzione e senza alcuna sciatteria. Il lavoro artigianale di Vincenzo ha un valore inestimabile e la qualita' del prodotto finito rispecchia la sua passione ed estro artistico in modo eccellente. Magari ci fossero piu' artigiani come lui. Altamente raccomandato per qualsiasi lavoro di questo tipo. Vitti che arrivo in modo tempestivo a riuscire a farmi entrare in casa e il giorno dopo mi cambiò la vecchia serratura con molta professionalità e in tempo ristrettisssimo. Dopo 6 mesi mi è sembrato di avere un ulteriore problema alla porta. L ho chiamato di sera e lui la mattina dopo è venuto con un suo collaboratore, con tutta l attrezzatura ed ha verificato che era un mio problema di inserimento della chiave. Problema che mi ha risolto in 3 min. Gli ho chiesto quanto gli dovevo e Vincenzo , con il suo sorriso,mi dissennato dovevo dargli niente e che era stato contento di rivedermi.rRipeto una persona di grande professionalità e subito presente all all'occorrenza. Vitti si è rivelato una persona super puntuale, estremamente pofessionale e competente. E' intervenuto con pazienza e perizia e dopo un po' ha aperto la porta che aveva il sistema di chiusura bloccato. Ha cambiato la serrattura della porta ed ha registrato tutti i punti di chiusura usando estrema accortezza nell'utilizzo degli attrezzi al fine di evitare danni al pavimento in legno. Alla fine del lavoro ha provveduto anche a ripulire tutto per evitare che schegge di metallo potessero graffiare il pavimento in legno e dando consigli su come lubrificare le chiusure periodicamente per non incorrere nello stesso incoveninete. Il tutto a prezzi più che corretti. Grazie ancora e se dovesse servire lo richiamerò sapendo che è una persona di fiducia.
