Habe mein Handy mit einem Wasserschaden gebracht und nach einem MONAT erst wiederbekommen mit der Diagnose, dass es nicht mehr zu reparieren geht. Jeder halbwegs intelligente Mensch weis, dass man bei einem Wasserschaden schnell handeln muss, nach einem Monat hätten sie es nicht mal mehr anschauen müssen. Und dafür hatten sie noch die Frechheit 45€ zu verlangen!!!! Das Geschäft war in diesem Monat villeicht 3 oder 4 mal offen, die restliche Zeit war immer zu. Unfreundlicher Service, nicht eingehaltene Öffnungszeiten, überteuerte Preise, maßlos übertriebene Wartezeiten! Absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen!! Wenn man nicht komplett verarscht werden will, geht man lieber in ein anderes Geschäft! Absolute disaster !!! Ich wurde über die vorgehensweise gut und ausführlich informiert und bekam mein Handy in kürzester Zeit zurück. Nur zu empfehlen !!!! I dropped my iPhone in the water and had water on the screen. Lui lavora ai suoi ritmi, lei che contina a correre giù in macchina a prendere il materiale mancante(totalmente disorganizzati). Morale della favola, per cambiare un motorino da 80 euro ci hanno messo una mattinata intera e 430 euro e in più ti chiedono 50 euro extra perché sono venuti in 2. DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!.
