È stato molto disponibile e non ho avuto l'impressione che cercasse di vendere ad ogni costo ( avrebbe potuto vendermi la serratura nuova anche per il garage, invece mi ha sistemato quella che c'era). Affable and fast. He explained what he was doing and checked that everything was working perfectly.
