Era venuto per cambiare un semplice cilindro, questione di minuti e invece quello della mia porta era difettoso...è stato necessario smontare tutta la porta e ci ha impiegato ben due ore. Penso che un’altra persona avrebbe rimandato il tutto e invece Alessandro, NO. Lo straconsiglio, non solo per la sua DISPONIBILITÀ e PROFESSIONALITÀ, ma anche per la sua simpatia!!! Il tecnico mi aveva già fatto pagare 70 euro. Sostanzialmente, mi hanno derubato per peggiorare la situazione. Sono rimasto scioccato, NON CHIAMATELI MAI!
