Per una pizza vegan basta chiedere rossa più melanzane della norma o le olive! Super, pizza on the island of Certosa, wood oven and menu with few good choices. Considerando lo spazio ristretto, sono davvero bravi!!! Fantastic location for a really good Sicilian pizza, cooked in a wood oven. Soft dough, excellent raw materials. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata Capannone. Personale gentilissimo, pizza d'altri tempi: non troppo abbondante, soffice, leggera con prodotti freschi e biologici. Prezzi "ridicolosamente economici" per il prodotto eccellente che viene offerto a una velocità super: in tre minuti siete già seduti sul prato o sopra l'argine fronte laguna a mirare la natura mangiandoci un'ottima pizza e bevendovi un'ottima birre. Ci sono stato varie volte, ci vado e ci ritornerò. Bravi e grazie. Very kind staff, pizza from the past: not too abundant, soft, light with fresh and organic products. "Ridiculously cheap" prices for the excellent product that is offered at a super speed: in three minutes you are already sitting on the lawn or on the bank facing the lagoon looking at nature, eating a good pizza and drinking a good beer. R	Richard Rosenbaum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most unusual restaurants I've ever been to! Basically a small trailer containing a wood burning pizza oven parked by a canal in a vineyard! You order your desired pizza from a menu of about 20 toppings, they mix the dough flatten it and the toppings from fresh ingredients bake it in the oven and in about 5 or 6 minutes you have your pizza! There are some logs set up nearby so you can eat in the vineyard. Excellent atmosphere, excellent service and excellent pizza. Oh, and the price is cheap!
