★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Apartment ist zwar ordentlich aber erheblich zu teuer für den Preis. Von uns (zwei Erwachsene) wurden die Gesmten Kosten + Kaution bei der Ankunft in Bar abkassiert aber keine Quittung ausgestellt. Der Besitzer schickt eine Frau zur Überprüfung bevor Kautionsrückgabe. Es gibt im Verhältnis zu wenig Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus und überall steht das Schild Parkverbot. Für die Garage muss man extra zahlen. Also Wir als Steuerzahler in Dtl. werden beim nächsten Skiurlaub nur in Südtirol Appartment buchen, wo wir immer Quittung erhalten haben und niemals Kaution bezahlen mussten. Es ist unüblich Vorkasse in Bar zu verlangen, keine Quittung zu erstellen und Kaution haben wir auch bisher noch nie erlebt.
The apartment is neat but considerably too expensive for the price. From us (two adults) the Gesmten costs + deposit on arrival in cash but no receipt issued. The owner sends a woman to check before surrender. There are in relation to too little parking in front of the house and everywhere is the sign no parking. For the garage you have to pay extra. So we as taxpayers in Dtl. will book the next ski holiday only in South Tyrol apartment, where we always received a receipt and never had to pay a deposit. It is unusual to ask for cash in advance, not to create a receipt and we have never experienced a deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice apartment for skiing. The attic one is brand new, with 2 separate bedrooms and a kitchen living room in between. Can take up to 5 person as there is an option for extra bed in spacious bedrooms. The owner, Stefano is super nice.
