H	Hildegard Sprenger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir (2 Personen) mieteten für eine Woche im März die Wohnung Sophie im Hause Marisa Appartements für 700 €. Eine Katastrophe waren die völlig durchgelegenen Matratzen; wir schätzen, dass diese über 30 Jahre alt waren. Wir wechselten diese aus, da wir ja 2 Schlafzimmer hatten. Diese Matratzen (ca. 80 cm breit) waren nicht so durchgelegen. Es gab auch große Probleme mit dem WLAN. Die Vermieter waren in dieser Hinsicht nicht sehr hilfreich. Leider war die Wohnung wesentlich dunkler als auf den Fotos. Die Beleuchtung (Energiesparlampen und Nachtischlampen) wiesen Mängel auf. In der Küche fehlten Spülmittel, Spüllappen und -bürste. Es dauerte eine Ewigkeit, bis warmes Wasser aus den Hähnen kam. Die Heizung funktionierte sehr gut und ein Parkplatz war kein Problem. Die Restzahlung leisteten wir in bar vor Ort, ohne eine formgemäße und korrekte Quittung. (Statt einer ordnungsgemäßen Rechnung/Quittung erhielten wir einen kleinen Zettel ohne Briefkopf oder Stempel; auf dem die Restbeträge notiert waren. Die Bestätigung unserer Zahlung mussten wir einfordern. Diese erfolgte nur mit dem Wort „bezahlt“ - ohne Unterschrift und Datum.) Interessant ist, dass nach unserer Abreise auf einmal 2 Bewertungen mit 4/5 Punkten im Netz auftauchen, ohne jeglichen Kommentar. We (2 people) rented the Sophie apartment in Marisa Apartments for a week in March for € 700. The completely sagging mattresses were a disaster; we estimate that these were over 30 years old. We changed them because we had 2 bedrooms. These mattresses (about 80 cm wide) were not so worn out. There were also major problems with the wifi. The landlords were not very helpful in this regard. Unfortunately the apartment was much darker than in the photos. The lighting (energy-saving lamps and bedside lamps) showed deficiencies. There was no detergent, dishcloth and brush in the kitchen. It took forever for warm water to come out of the taps. The heating worked very well and parking was not a problem. We made the remaining payment in cash on site, without a proper and correct receipt. (Instead of a proper invoice / receipt, we received a small piece of paper without a letterhead or stamp; on which the remaining amounts were noted. We had to request confirmation of our payment. This was only given with the word "paid" - without signature and date.) It is interesting that after our departure, 2 reviews with 4/5 points suddenly appear on the web, without any comment.
