★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono a telefono e se lo fanno non hanno mai tempo....pessimi. è vero che la mia autovettura è a noleggio a lungo termine ma i clienti non si trattano così.
They don't answer the phone and if they do they never have time .... bad. It is true that my car is on long-term rental but customers do not treat each other like that.

Molto migliorabile il sevizio da parte di Angelo Pellegatta e del suo Staff
Non ascoltano il Cliente, e sopratutto non riscontrano con efficienza e cortesia le necessità di soluzione
Non dettagliano i lavori eseguiti se non previa domanda specifica da parte del cliente
La qualità del servizio è un’Area di grande miglioramento in particolare modo vs la gestione della relazione con il cliente
Questa mattina, giovedì 25 marzo 2022, sono stato prontamente contattato ed il Customer Care mi ha donato i suoi riscontri

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco da loro da quando ho la macchina con il noleggio a lungo termine di Ald, ho trovato da subito disponibilità e molta professionalità, mi è stato gestito anche un grosso problema con la rottura del cambio della mia auto e il ripristino della carrozzeria in seguito alla grandine e tutti e due i lavori sono stati eseguiti abbastanza celermente nonostante la parte burocratica molto lenta di Ald.
Sia la ragazza in reception che la responsabile dell’accettazione sono state iper disponibili ad aiutarmi per la richiesta dell’auto sostitutiva e l’espletamento di tutte le carte.
Se trattano così bene le macchine a noleggio che di solito passano in secondo piano, immagino che le macchine di proprietà saranno gestite ancora meglio!

I have been going to them since I have the car with Ald's long-term rental, I immediately found availability and a lot of professionalism, I was also handled a big problem with the breakage of the gearbox of my car and the restoration of the bodywork afterwards hail and both jobs were done fairly quickly despite Ald's very slow bureaucratic part.
Both the girl at the reception and the reception manager were hyper available to help me with the request for a replacement car and the completion of all the papers.
If they treat rental cars so well that they usually take a back seat, I imagine that their owned cars will be handled even better!
