★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attività estremamente scadente, non vale i soldi sborsati per l'abbonamento (a richiesta di informazioni citano mensile, trimestrale e annuale, al momento del rinnovo ritrattano togliendo il mensile).
Personale in sala indolente, caldaia guasta fino all'8 di dicembre senza possibilità di fare la doccia. Norme anticovid non rispettate (nei cartelli 1000 divieti che non vengono fatti rispettare dai responsabili di sala). Pulizia che lascia a desiderare. Manager alla reception scostanti e menefreghisti. Consiglio: scegliete un'altra palestra.
Extremely poor activity, not worth the money paid for the subscription (at the request of information they quote monthly, quarterly and annual, at the time of renewal they retract by removing the monthly).
Staff in the room indolent, boiler out of order until 8 December without the possibility of taking a shower. Anticovid rules not respected (in the signs 1000 prohibitions that are not enforced by the room managers). Cleaning that leaves something to be desired. Manager at the reception unfriendly and indifferent. Tip: choose another gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evitate se potete. Prezzi alti per la bassa qualita' offerta. Il riscaldamento negli spogliatoi e' stato acceso l'8 dicembre e 2 docce su 5 sono funzionanti. La polvere sui tapis roulant e' stantia da 3 mesi, nessun responsabile presente che riprenda gli utenti che non disinfettano i macchinari ed entrano in palestra senza cambiare le scarpe (solo una minoranza me compresa usa scarpe pulite). Tanti cartelli ovunque con mille divieti, ma il personale di sala se ne frega. Le distanze di sicurezza non sono rispettate e nemmeno le procedure anti covid e relative sanificazioni (ho le foto). Quando danno le informazioni per gli abbonamenti (costosisissimi) citano anche il mensile ma ti spingono a fare il trimestrale con uno sconto di pochi euro, salvo poi ritrattare l'esistenza del mensile quando sie' intenzionati a proseguire l'abbonamento. Personale in sala pressoche' assente, perennemente con gli occhi sullo smartphone o a intrattenere i loro amici iscritti.
Ho frequentato tante palestre ma questa non si puo' chiamare tale.
Ho comunque fatto segnalazione di mancanza di professionalita' ed igiene ad Altroconsumo, ci penseranno loro.
P.s. rivolgetevi alle vere palestre, qui si buttano i soldi.
Avoid if you can. High prices for the low quality offered. The heating in the changing rooms was turned on on December 8th and 2 out of 5 showers are working. The dust on the treadmills has been stale for 3 months, no manager present who picks up users who do not disinfect the machines and enter the gym without changing their shoes (only a minority including me use clean shoes). Many signs everywhere with a thousand prohibitions, but the dining room staff doesn't care. The safety distances are not respected and neither are the anti-covid procedures and related sanitizations (I have the photos). When they give the information for the (very expensive) subscriptions they also mention the monthly but push you to do the quarterly with a discount of a few euros, only to retract the existence of the monthly when you intend to continue the subscription. Staff in the room almost absent, perennially with their eyes on their smartphones or entertaining their registered friends.
I have attended many gyms but this cannot be called such.
However, I reported a lack of professionalism and hygiene to Altroconsumo, they will take care of it.
P.s. go to real gyms, here you waste your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind and friendly staff, clean and plenty of equipment. They do a free trial day pass and it is 10€ a time. Very reasonable, comparing it to other Italian gyms. They do deals, too
