Abbiamo fatto un consulto e mi hanno spiegato che era difficile ottenerlo. Prima di iniziare il lavoro hanno fatto una prova su una piccola ciocca e mi hanno detto che con 2 decolorazioni avrei ottenuto quello che volevo. Infatti è stato così! Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Sono molto contenta di esserci andata, quando avrò bisogno di una sistemata ritornerò sicuramente! I was delighted because the work they had to do for me was not the simplest (I wanted to make my hair silver and I am dark brown). We did a consultation and they explained that it was difficult to get it. Before starting the work they did a test on a small strand and told me that with 2 bleaches I would get what I wanted. Indeed it was! The staff was very nice and helpful. I am very happy to have gone there, when I need a fix I will definitely return!

Peccato.....
