i	ioio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace tanto del comportamento scorretto del parrucchiere Stefano, 2 volte mi fa andare all'orario stabilito, e mi fa aspettare più di 40/50 min se non mi alzavo prima andarmene via. Questo non è serietà! Quando da gli appuntamenti chiede di quello che uno deve fare per poi stabilire l'orario del prossimo. Fino a 20 min. max ci può stare non di più ripeto 40/50 min. praticamente non è più quell'orario. Nessun problema.. anzi grazie lo stesso. Premetto anche che ho richiesto un appuntamento per 2 persone, sincerandomi che fosse possibile fare tutto senza problemi. Purtroppo per mia madre il tempo di attesa è stato di 2 ore e mezza , e poi con educazione se n'è andata senza taglio né piega. La delusione più grande è stato l'atteggiamento del titolare , che in sostanza ha fatto passare avanti tutti gli altri clienti arrivati dopo, eludendo le richieste di mia madre. Ha dato delle vaghe giustificazioni temporeggiando e non curandosi della sua diretta responsabilità del ritardo. In tutto questo il signor Stefano non si è dimostrato né dispiaciuto né ha tentato di trovare una soluzione . Anzi mi è sembrato pure infastidito. Mi chiedo se il problema sia la selezione dei clienti. Nel caso ora non lo sarà più. Auguro a Stefano buona fortuna, sperando che dagli errori possa trarre consapevolezza. My hair was blond platinum, not blended in at all and the top of my hair was black as if a line had been drawn 3 cm from my skull... I had to go to another hairdresser the next day to recover this terrible job. I strongly do not recommend!

It looks very natural, the color is exactly what I asked for.. I spoke Italian with them but I think they are capable of communicating in English. Stefano took the time to study my hair and to give me options and plenty of advice.and Matilde did an amazing job colouring my hair. I highly recommend them.. I will go back for sure!! Super professionali !! Balayage splendido biondo molto naturale.. hanno capito bene cosa volevo fare, taglio fresh e piega mi ha durato 4 giorni e ha resistito l'umidita di Padova! team molto bravi, simpatici e rispettosi era la prima volta che vado da loro e devo dire mi sono sentita a casa! consigliato!!!
