Oggi sono andata a ritirare dei prodotti prova perché ho ricevuto l'invito della ditta Revlon a recarmi presso questo salone che aderisce all'iniziativa.
Mi ha risposto malissimo, avrebbe semplicemente potuto dire che non voleva darmeli,sarei stata più contenta... così facendo,ha perso una futura cliente visto che non sono Mai stata in questo salone.
Arrogante.
