★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un parrucchiere presuntuoso. È l’unico che riuscito a farmi un taglio che mi invecchiava 10 anni... non ha voluto sentire ragioni... ho dovuto andare dal primo parrucchiere disponibile per rifare il taglio.
 He is a conceited hairdresser. It is the only one who managed to make me a cut that aged me 10 years ... he didn't want to hear reasons ... I had to go to the first hairdresser available to make the cut again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho deciso di andare da loro perché sentito parlare di uno dei migliori a foligno. Ho voluto cambiare colore passando da capelli nerissimi a qualche schiarimento tipo meches chiedendo un color miele e un taglio scalato; per il taglio sono rimasta soddisfatta mentre per il risultato del colore non ne parliamo... ho quattro sfumature di biondo e tutto questo perché ho notato che piu arrivava all orario di chisurura piu si sbrigavano a fare il bagno di colore dicendomi tralaltro di ritornare una settimana dopo per fare il ritocco e la piega! Ho visto tutti molto frettolosi, e al momento di pagare...oh sorpresa! Ho pagato 40 euro in piu rispetto al prezzo che mi avevano detto quando mi sono recata qualche settimana prima. Mi sento davvero truffata, adesso mi vedo costretta a correggere l orrore da un altro parrucchiere che soddisfi la mia richiesta (sperando di non spendere di nuovo oltre 150 euro).
I decided to go to them because I heard about one of the best in Foligno. I wanted to change color from very black hair to some lightening like meches asking for a honey color and a scaled cut; for the cut I was satisfied while for the result of the color we do not talk about it ... I have four shades of blond and all this because I noticed that the longer it arrived at the time of chisurura the more they hurried to bathe in color telling me to go back another week later to retouch and fold! I saw everyone very hurried, and at the time of paying ... oh surprise! I paid 40 euros more than the price they told me when I went a few weeks before. I really feel cheated, now I see myself forced to correct the horror of another hairdresser who satisfies my request (hoping not to spend over 150 euros again).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento telefonico, arrivati sul posto non risultava. Si scusano supponendo un errore e segnano un altro appuntamento per la settimana prossima. La volta successiva non risulta comunque segnato. A parte la poca professionalità dimostrata nel non scusarsi, ero presente mentre l'appuntamento veniva scritto, quindi verosimilmente è stato cancellato. Totale mancanza di rispetto nei confronti di una cliente che sicuramente non avrà seguito. Sconsigliatissimo per la maleducazione del personale.
Made an appointment by phone, arrived on the spot was not. They apologize for a mistake and make another appointment for next week. The next time, however, is not marked. Apart from the lack of professionalism shown in not apologizing, I was present while the appointment was being written, so it was probably canceled. Total disrespect for a customer who will surely not follow up. Not recommended for staff rudeness.
