Privo di fastidiose acidità o retrogusti "piccanti" si accompagna bene a qualunque cosa. Prima ancora che sia totalmente finito ne ordinerò un'altra confezione. Molto apprezzato anche l'olio aromatizzato e le buste di erbe aromatiche offerte. Punctual package, impeccable packaging, intact the contents. Tasted, the oil is really good to taste and smell. Free from annoying acidity or "spicy" aftertaste, it goes well with anything. Before it's even totally finished I'll order another pack. A quality oil at an honest price. L' olio è ottimo, profumato, delizioso e corposo al punto giusto; le olive in olio extravergine sono gustose e veramente buone; la marmellata alla melagrana...beh non ho mai assaggiato nessun'altra marmellata così buona; la passata di pomodoro una bontà tutta al naturale. E anche la consegna è velocissima. Complimenti per la professionalità I discovered this company by chance on the internet but I think I will never leave it. Dire superlativo è riduttivo, perché questo olio è in assoluto gioia pura per il palato e per il cuore, perché avverti tutto l'amore, la tradizione e la bontà di una terra unica. Ha un equilibrio perfetto: un sapore forte ma piacevolissimo, appena piccante, assolutamente non invadente ma capace di esaltare qualsiasi piatto. Vi invito però a provarlo anche con del semplice pane di grano duro, proprio per riuscire ad assaporarne tutte le qualità organolettiche. La famiglia Ingegno, trovata quasi per caso mentre cercavo un buon (mi sarei accontentanta, poi ho cambiato idea) olio in internet, d'ora in poi entrerà a pieno titolo nella mia cucina ma soprattutto nel mio cuore e nella mia famiglia. Mi ha colpito subito la qualità e la lavorazione del prodotto, le certificazioni, l'attenzione che hanno sia per la materia prima che per i clienti.
