★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pane, gnocco (anche con la panna?), erbazzone, pizza e dolci tutti prodotti con materie prime di qualità scelte con attenzione tra i produttori locali. Io apprezzo in modo particolare il pane ai 7 cereali e quello con la curcuma. 5 stelle meritatissime. Da provare assolutamente.
Bread, gnocco (also with cream?), erbazzone, pizza and desserts all produced with quality raw materials carefully chosen from local producers. I especially appreciate the 7-grain bread and the one with turmeric. 5 stars well deserved. Absolutely to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono fermata all’Antico forno Abbati perchè mi trovavo a Baiso per lavoro: non ho resistito e ho portato a casa pane arabo, pane ai cereali, pane alla curcuma, gnocco farcito e pizza. Tutto davvero ottimo! Il pane è leggero e digeribile, e si conserva molto bene.
I stopped at the Antica Forno Abbati because I was in Baiso for work: I couldn't resist and took home Arabic bread, cereal bread, turmeric bread, stuffed dumplings and pizza. All really great! The bread is light and digestible, and keeps very well.
