Le mozzarelle sembravano di qualche giorno e al taglio era completamente assente il latte, che era sempre stato presente in abbondanza (quasi un marchio di qualità). Speriamo sia solo un incidente di percorso. Having received the mozzarella from the always excellent Gigi, we were very disappointed with the quality found, not up to par with all the previous times (we have been taking this mozzarella for years). The mozzarella seemed a few days old and when cut it was completely absent the milk, which had always been present in abundance (almost a quality mark). Let's hope it's just a hiccup.

E' ormai diventato un appuntamento fisso. A dairy that deserves a stop every time you have to pass through Mondragone. Unique quality of products and always very courteous staff. Ho voluto provarlo di persona in quanto ne parlano molto bene e confermo , mozzarella,treccia e bocconcini molto buoni .Sicuramente una eccellenza del nostro territorio, tra i migliori. Bene,ritornerò, lo aggiungo tra i miei preferiti I was today for the first time, I thought I would find a very important location, who knows maybe from the name I expected to actually find a housekeeper. Non è la prima volta che compro qui la mozzarella e su 3 volte 2 sono andate veramente male .mi dispiace dover lasciare recensioni negative ma considerato che è la seconda volta che mi muovo da napoli sotto le feste per comprare una mozzarella/di qualità che so bene come si presenta morbida piena di latte e con a parte esterna che si stacca dalla pasta/ quella che ho mangiato stasera è veramente pessima fredda dura poco latte insapore e con parte esterna tutto un pezzo .considerato che ho fatto 100 km tra a/r .raccomandandomi anche cin loro per questo.non n"e valsa la pena..cosi la potevo trovare anche nella salumeria sotto casa Bad experience !!! It is not the first time I buy mozzarella here and out of 3 times 2 they have gone really badly.I am sorry to have to leave negative reviews but considering it is the second time I move from naples in the holidays to buy a mozzarella / quality that I know good as it is soft, full of milk and with an external part that detaches from the dough / the one I ate tonight is really bad cold hard a little tasteless milk and with the external part all a piece. considering that I did 100 km between a / r . also recommending me to them for this. it was not worth it .. so I could also find it in the delicatessen under the house
