Antica Villa

Fantastic location. Basically a beach villa! A B & B that also offers in addition to breakfast the possibility of half board or full board connected to the restaurant on the sea side. Exit the Ancient Villa and you are directly you on the Ariana beach, one of the most beautiful in these areas. I personally have been attending it for 22 years and I come from Northern Italy. Transparent water and fantastic scenery. Super recommended

The beach is beautiful, the view from the beach is characteristic, the structure is right on the beach! Sleep while listening to the waves, wake up and stay on the beach already ...! In itself the structure is beautiful and characteristic but it is not really the top (although much better than anything else that is nearby); being a place on the sea this is also understandable, we don't even talk about a hotel (but it is structured as such!). The problem is that it is expensive (as much as a hotel!) ... and there is also, given the prices in the area, only that it is not possible that the beach service is not included, given that the manager is unique, breakfast ( disappointing, since it is not very varied and above all they do not offer the same croissants that they instead sell in the relative adjacent bar, to the public) is served at the bar of the beach and the restaurant and that of the beach ... IN WHICH THE STRUCTURE IN QUESTION IS LOCATED . This is not good as those who go there are going to the beach and the price, which is already high, must include the beach service (there is a disappointing breakfast probably to justify the B&B formula)! Courtesy, kindness, willingness on the part of all the staff, even in solving problems that have arisen. Good restaurant cuisine but not excellent. Poor WiFi especially at the beach but also in the room. Uncomfortable having to leave the room at 10:00, despite being the rule: a morning by the sea (which is the reason why you choose a structure like that) to devote instead ... to your luggage. Altogether positive experience and to be redone .... but expensive ...

We were there in May and were pretty much alone, also in the other hotels nothing was going on. The villa is right on the beach and if it had not rained, everything would have been perfect. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather, but still I can recommend it. Unfortunately the restaurants in the evening were closed, otherwise there were no other guests, so you definitely need a car! The accommodation was very clean and well maintained.

Great place to stay! Location right on the beach, very clear water, restaurant and kiosk right in front of the villa, good offer. Staff and front desk nice and courteous. Parking space available, you just have to drive down from the street at Lido Ariana, as Antica Villa is poorly described on the street. Dogs allowed on the beach from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. But nice garden where the dog can relax in the shade if necessary. We'd love to come back!

The location is wonderful, but the management ... very bad: air conditioning found not working and despite reporting, they provided the last day of stay, safe not working, room on the second floor without lift, luggage climbed personally, non-existent courtesy line; bad breakfast .. In short, for the amount requested per night, I expected something better ... I do not recommend it ... I will not go there anymore

4 night stay, hell with no air conditioning despite repeated complaints being ignored by the property. No assistance, no room changes, not to mention the other inefficiencies (indecent breakfast, unusable safe, almost non-existent courtesy line, TV not working during the euro 2020 final), enchanting place, but swallowed by people without a sense of hospitality.
