★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un mea culpa totale per aver per molto tempo snobbato un ristorante a due passi da casa per così tanto tempo( precedentemente fu un pranzo infrasettimanale quindi un esperienza fugace) ma persa la speranza di trovare un tavolo all’ultimo secondo l’ultimo tentativo qui mi ha permesso di (ri)scoprire una piccola perla in un bacino immenso e sempre in crescita di proposte ( sembra che la ristorazione nn conosca apparentemente crisi.. o che co sia rimasto solo il cibo a consolazione della penuria del resto) . Un ambiente accogliente ,molti coperti distribuiti in varie sale si diversa grandezza ci preparano ad un percorso temporale di sapori con piatti radicati nella nostra tradizione culinaria assemblati con materie prime di qualità a partire dalla pasta fatta in casa che regala al palato la sensazione di mangiare un piatto davvero UNICO.salmi di lepre davvero di livello ed un brasato nei sapori equilibrati. Si ritornerà perchè c’è molto ancora da scoprire ad un prezzo in linea con la qualità e le quantità proposte.. davvero non si esce affamati! Bravi

 A total mea culpa for having for a long time snubbed a restaurant a stone's throw from home for so long (previously it was a midweek lunch so a fleeting experience) but lost the hope of finding a table at the last second last attempt here I has allowed us to (re) discover a small pearl in an immense and ever-growing pool of proposals (it seems that catering apparently does not know a crisis .. or that there is only food left to console the shortage of the rest). A welcoming environment, many seats distributed in various rooms of different sizes prepare us for a temporal journey of flavors with dishes rooted in our culinary tradition assembled with quality raw materials starting from homemade pasta that gives the palate the feeling of eating a truly UNIQUE dish, hare salmi of really high level and a braised meat in balanced flavors. We will return because there is still a lot to discover at a price in line with the quality and quantity offered .. you really don't go out hungry! Well done

Appena entrato , rimani piacevolmente sorpreso dall ambiente , tavoli con tovaglie di cotone e sottotovaglie, bicchieri di cristallo , posateria in fine acciaio, sedie ricoperte, piatti colorati , una sorpresa . Partiamo con un antipasto di salumi, dai profumi lombardi, passiamo ai gnocchi di zucca, uno spettacolo di sapori , agli straccetti di pasta fresca al ragù di lepre , che ti ricordano il salmi' della nonna . Passiamo ai secondi , tagliata al pepe verde, cottura perfetta, carme tenerisma e profuma , filetto di maialino alla senape antica, una specialità . Finamo con un dolce e accompagnamo la cena con del buon vino bianco , molto fresco . Personale gentile e disponibile, locale pulitissimo e molto ben tenuto , molta cura nei dettagli .
