Ci siamo trovati benissimo, mangiato cibo genuino e serviti con competenza ed educazione. Prezzi equilibrati rapportati alla qualità. Se siete borghesucci che preferiscono la forma alla sostanza ne avrete occasioni per farvi fregare altrove, NON QUI!. Grazie Antica Salumeria!. Meritate il vostro successo!... I sensed that this place could truly give back the true flavors of this area of Puglia with food, well it did. We had a great time, ate genuine food and served with competence and education. Balanced prices in relation to quality. If you are bourgeois who prefer form to substance you will have opportunities to get fooled elsewhere, NOT HERE !. Thanks Antica Salumeria !. Il pane è realizzato dal loro forno così come le materie prime sono scelte e trattate con cura. Il proprietario è simpatico, gentile e si fa in 4 per soddisfare il cliente. All'esterno ci sono 3 tavolini a disposizione dei clienti che offrono la vista su una delle vie principali del centro storico. Un posto semplice dove si respira l'aria autentica della Puglia ?. Here you can find sandwiches, focaccia, panzerotti, pucce and other typical products for a quick and cheap meal. The bread is made from their oven as well as the raw materials are chosen and treated with care. The owner is nice, kind and goes out of his way to satisfy the customer. Outside there are 3 tables available to customers that offer views of one of the main streets of the historic center. A simple place where you can breathe the authentic air of Puglia ?.

Si premurano di ricordarti di rispettare la raccolta differenziata ma un collaboratore (di non giovane età) aiuta dietro il banco senza utilizzare l’obbligatoria mascherina di protezione. Preparano i panini maneggiando i salumi a mani nude. Prezzi non esposti, trasparenza zero. Pertanto tradizione solo simulata, scarsa pulizia e plateale inosservanza delle norme anti-covid. Due panini con mozzarella e capocollo, 3 pezzi di focaccia, 2 piccoli bicchieri di vino rosso (bicchieri di plastica molli) ed una bottiglietta di acqua, € 24.50. Ah, dimenticavo. Assenza di POS per pagamenti elettronici. Bad experience. It's called Antica Salumeria, they offer sandwiches and pucce mostly with cured meats packaged in the trays you find at the supermarket. They take care to remind you to respect separate waste collection but a collaborator (not young) helps behind the counter without using the mandatory protective mask. They prepare sandwiches by handling the cured meats with their bare hands. Prices not displayed, zero transparency. Therefore only simulated tradition, poor cleaning and blatant non-compliance with anti-covid rules. Two sandwiches with mozzarella and capocollo, 3 pieces of focaccia, 2 small glasses of red wine (soft plastic glasses) and a bottle of water, € 24.50. Ah, I forgot. Absence of POS for electronic payments.
