È arrivato il giorno del compleanno di mia mamma e volevo farle una sorpresa, ho chiamato la pasticceria e ho chiesto se fosse possibile portare una torta , non ne avevano tanti perché era martedì grasso e avevano da fare con altre dolci tipici . Ho scelto la “ ricottasù” se ricordo bene il nome , mi ha anche chiesto l’età per mettere le candeline , ma non è stato questo , e che non c’è modo di pagarlo , così mi ha detto “ tanto dovrai tornare a Grotte e poi mi pagherai “ , non ci conosciamo poteva anche dire di no. Io sono rimasta senza parole della gentilezza e disponibilità. I miei genitori hanno detto che era buonissima.
