Per sistemarla mi viene chiesto un prezzo decisamente fuori mercato, ma all' "antica" merceria la qualità e professionalità del lavoro saranno alte... Purtroppo non è così. Passano dieci giorni e vado a ritirarla: io, cliente, mi accorgo che la zip è ancora rotta; "sarà nostra premura fargliela avere il prima possibile" e tante care cose, passa un'altra settimana.
Al ritiro, intorpidito dalle settimane passate al freddo, mi aspetto uno sconto o per lo meno dello scuse invece nasce un diverbio con il titolare il quale non solo non assume un comportamento professionale ma agisce con saccenza e arroganza, un comportamento totalmente inadeguato.
Mid-November, cold temperatures, the zip of the jacket breaks. To fix it, I am asked for a decidedly off-market price, but at the "ancient" haberdashery the quality and professionalism of the work will be high ... Unfortunately this is not the case. Ten days pass and I go to collect it: I, the customer, realize that the zip is still broken; "It will be our concern to let him have it as soon as possible" and many dear things, another week passes.
Upon retirement, numb from the weeks spent in the cold, I expect a discount or at least an apology instead a dispute arises with the owner who not only does not assume a professional behavior but acts with wisdom and arrogance, a totally inadequate behavior.
