Ho dovuto aspettare diversi minuti in fila perché la persona in questione era impegnata in una telefonata personale. Tant' è che una commessa, accorgendosi del mio disappunto è venuta in cassa, scusandosi del fastidio arrecatomi. Considerato che siamo ancora in tempo di pandemia (per cui la sosta nei negozi deve essere comunque più breve possibile) e data la scarsa professionalità del servizio offertomi, non credo mi serviro' più in questo esercizio commerciale. The shop assistants are very kind and the products nice. Still deserves a low review due to the staff at the checkout. I had to wait several minutes in line because the person in question was on a personal phone call. So much so that a saleswoman, realizing my disappointment, came to the cash desk, apologizing for the inconvenience caused to me. Considering that we are still in pandemic times (for which the stop in the shops must be as short as possible) and given the lack of professionalism of the service offered to me, I do not think I will need any more in this business.
