Interessante la possibilità di vedere tutte le uve prodotte, nonché uno scorcio della vecchia vita di campagna, con una visita all'orto didattico. Il pranzo è stato buono ed abbondante (spettacolare lo stracotto), durante il quale abbiamo gustato tre diversi vini. È stata molto evidente la passione con cui producono il vino, che si riscontra in tante piccole e grandi attenzioni, oltre che nell'orgoglio che mostrano nei loro prodotti e nella loro terra. Prima di sederci al tavolo abbiamo ascoltato la storia della famiglia Venditti e delle vigne tramite il vigneto didattico, pieno di curiosità e viti antiche. Seduti a tavola il servizio conviviale e cortese hanno reso tutto il pranzo un'esperienza delicata e sopraffina, ottime tutte le portate del menù proposto. Vini di accompagnamento spettacolari, da segnalare il vino bianco assenza e l'amaro alle nocciole superiore. Proseguendo poi con la visita al vigneto didattico, un'area dedicata alla presentazione delle varietà di uve coltivate, concludendo poi l'excursus in cantina. Il pranzo è stato ricco e saporito, affiancato dai vini di loro produzione. Esperienza da ripetere, torneremo sicuramente!
