Mangiando questi insaccati mi è sembrato di mangiare un panforte e della carne ho sentito poco o niente il sapore.Si vede che la loro clientela questo richiede. Ragù ottimo da abbinare alle tagliatelle all' uovo presenti in negozio. Prezzi sopra la media rapportati ai supermarket. Ma la qualità vale.
