Avendo un appartamento a pochi km da Siena ci siamo fatti indicare una macelleria e siamo arrivati alla Bottega.
La signora carinissima e simpatica ci ha accolto alla nostra richiesta di una fiorentina da un kg dicendo che per loro quella è una bistecchina, ma fornendoci un taglio di carne speciale e succosissimo, dandoci anche qualche indicazione per la cottura in padella grigliata.
Ottime anche le verdure da rosticceria!

We were in the mood for a Florentine, but our baby was restless and probably wouldn't have held up at the restaurant ..
Having an apartment a few km from Siena we asked for a butcher's shop and we arrived at the Bottega.
The very nice and nice lady welcomed us to our request for a one kg Florentine steak, saying that for them that is a steak, but providing us with a special and very juicy cut of meat, also giving us some indications for cooking in a grilled pan.
Rotisserie vegetables are also excellent!
