★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola ma dolcissima libreria nel cuore di Catania. Per gli amanti dei libri, soprattutto quelli introvabili, è il paradiso. Io sarei rimasta lì tutto il giorno a spulciare tra gli scaffali, a guardare le foto e le stampe d'epoca. Il personale è gentilissimo e conosce bene la materia.
Per chi viene da fuori città è possibile visionare preventivamente il catalogo on-line disponibile nei sito della Liberia.
Vi consiglio di farvi un salto, giusto per acquistare almeno una foto d'epoca da conservare gelosamente, magari ben incorniciata.
Small but very sweet bookshop in the heart of Catania. For book lovers, especially those who cannot be found, it is paradise. I would have stayed there all day sifting through the shelves, looking at photos and vintage prints. The staff are very kind and know the subject well.
For those coming from outside the city, it is possible to view in advance the online catalog available on the Liberia website.
I advise you to make a jump, just to buy at least one vintage photo to be jealously preserved, perhaps well framed.
